Privately Selected Whiskey
Old North Bourbon Society prides itself on its ability to select the best barrels of whiskey that we are fortunate enough to sample. We ask that in order to reserve available bottles, to please make a small donation to the Old North Education Foundation and we will get your name on a reservation list when available. Bulleit Bourbon Single Barrel: E-5 (We are one of the only groups to ever select this jackfruit yeast strain due to the rarity. )
Starlight Rum Finished Rye: Finished in a Buffalo Trace barrel that was then used by Four Square Rum to age rum for 17.5 years before finishing our starlight rye aging process.
